Cooper’s Farm Maple Syrup
It all started when steve decided he wanted to be a maple syrup guy…
The spring of 2017 saw another enterprise added to Cooper’s CSA Farm. We now partake in the collection of maple sap to create sweet, sweet maple syrup! Steve had a desire to be in the ranks of the great maple syrup makers so he sot out to learn the trade. He now produces some of the best Maple syrup in our area!
We have just over 800 taps with lots of room to & plans to grow. We collect maple sap between late February to late March, all being weather dependant. During this month we boil & bottle our maple syrup.
We have future plans to build a larger sugar shack & to have a agri-toursim side for the ultimate Maple Experience.
